Mid-year Promotion

I. Pre-broadcast Warm-up
Inform customers about the event requirements in advance, including pricing, gifts, packaging, and shipping methods.  

II. Customer Guidelines:
1. On-site Packing:  
   - Packing progress will be checked approximately every hour, or adjusted based on the host’s pace.  

2.Product Selection:
   - Confirm the chosen items during the live . Once placed in the box, items will not be removed for individual photos (exceptions may apply for bulkier products).  
   - Packed boxes will be shipped upon customer approval. Even if delayed, items will not be repacked or re-photographed.  
3. After-sales Policy (Critical!):  
   - This event offers exceptional discounts. We ensure careful packaging, but customers must provide an uninterrupted unboxing videofor any after-sales claims (this applies to future orders as well).  

4. Glass Products Notice
   - All glass items will be wrapped in bubble bags before boxing. Customers with concerns should order cautiously.
